That outsourcing didn’t stop when GWB took office. It didn’t even slow down for the 8yrs he was president.

Can’t blame this one on the dims alone.

Bushes and Clintons are just two sides of the same coin.

Yeah, the Repubs as they presently are are just as bad. It’s like the old saying from “The X-Files,” - “Trust No One.”

You can blame it on the consumers who thought that the cost of sending jobs overseas, reducing the number of tax payers while increasing their burden with unemployment benefits for lost jobs, and funding China's military instead of ours was less important than saving $.25 on foreign made bath towels.

Free trade only made it easier to send jobs out of the country. It was the consumers who made it profitable.

Amen. Clinton started it but Bush put exporting jobs on steroids when he permanently removed any restrictions on China becoming what had been called favorite trading partner. Obama has continued this. Job exporting came crashing down on Bush before he left office and the nation has been stuck with it since. We need another Perot who can hear the job sucking sound caused by unbalanced trade agreements.

I agree.

America needs to return industry right here.

Unfortunately neither party, is the one who can do that.

They are both completely sold out.

It would not have continued had it not been for the initial outreach by the Clintons.
