The subsidies are going straight from the Treasury to insurance companies ... not to insured people.
Therefore if anyone owes the money back it is the insurers.
Let them try to get it off of their clients.
First off, knock it off with the facts. Second, I’m sure the insurance companies will pay it right back, seeing how good they are at giving their customers what they are owed in the first place.
