Putin doesn't have to raise the anxiety level of people who already know exactly what sort of deal the Kiev Coup made with the devil in order to carry out their coup. They're looking at which Nazi wannabes were given important positions by the coup crowd and they know what's coming

Yushchenko didn't run in 2010. The map you posted isn't the 2010 results.
And before you post the correct map understand that Yanukovich ran as pro EU in 2010.
