I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and as how much as I want. It's worked for me, and I'm not a miserable person religiously checking labels.

I've got a life to live, I don't have time for a hobby like made-up food allergies.

I am very happy for you and your lack of allergies, some of us are not so lucky. I am 74 years old and in excellent health, the only problems I have had in my life were allergy related.

When my tongue swells up so big that I can’t keep it in my mouth or I have a blinding headache so bad my vision is affected I am not making anything up. How could I make up my face swelling or red hives around my middle?

I wish it would all go away and I could be as lucky as you but it doesn’t seem to be happening.
