The strangest thing about PA is that they are really good at putting up orange barrels. I80 and I70 will often be cut down to single lane traffic for 20 miles or so, with no sign of any road work occurring. The barrels will stay there for weeks or months for reasons unknown.
Haven’t you figured out that the purpose of those barrels is to advertise that Panndot is working? Somewhere. And they will eventually get to it. Someday.
