There is a reason why people are drafted low.
He may step up on camp or he may get stepped oj.
Either way, I just hope the Rams will see through the smoke and mirrors and call it as it plays out.
One thing is sure, if hey give the guy a pass and let him play above his skill level, the Ram fans will know it. Hard to fool the camera on pass rushes and tackling.
Let the games begin.
And, I don't think anyone believes he has the speed and agility to take on a good TE in pass coverage.
I was essentially neutral on his NFL prospects and thought he might have a future on special teams.
But since the cake-in-the-face kiss, and the Oprah documentary, and his claim that he should have been drafted in the 2nd or 3rd Round, well, I will quietly smile if he's a complete failure.
Was it selling t-shirts then? Of course even if it was the area of NCAA rules it would violate is the dumb part (really why shouldn’t the players get to profit on their own names, everybody else tied to the NCAA does), and they really don’t want test against somebody who has as much public sympathy as Sam.
What next? Pink basketballs?!
A domain name is only a couple bucks a month. But Sam is a transparent fraud. He knew the NFL would go nuts for the first fag player. He had the book deals, the merchandizing, the must pick draft position, the reality show, the fame all in his plan when he came out. He let the cat out of the bag when he was crying that he should have been picked earlier.
What grown man or yute is going to wear a Sam jersey???
