Simply ban ALL foreign laws or rulings to be used in our system of courts and law. No foreign law shall be used to determine anything against anyone for anything. If it is not written into US law, it does not exist. Simple as that in my humble opinion.

Is Islam voluntary?

When was the Christian Reformation?

How old is Islam?

“No one has a problem with Muslims or anyone else living peaceably in America,”

I do, because they cannot.

Silly states. Don't they realize that the 10th Amendment no longer applies? All of their anti-Sharia laws can be nullified in an instant by a federal judge. And Holder is probably working on it right now.

As with same-sex marriage, all it will take is a couple of states passing/allowing it, and Lib/Leftist FED judges will force it to apply in other states.

DID YOU KNOW? Within hours of the Boston Marathon blasts, US government officials, and Muslims, in Boston called each other to offer assistance......just in case THE MUZZIES suffered backlash or threats.

REFERENCE Federal outreach to Muslim American communities is a pillar of Obama counter-terrorism strategy
Washington post | 5/25/2013 | ap / FR Posted by tobyhill

Within hours of the Boston Marathon blasts, government officials and Muslims in Boston called each other to offer assistance. These calls were the fruits of years of cultivating such relationships in an effort to ultimately prevent the very type of attack Boston experienced April 15....

Representatives from the US Departments of Justice and Homeland Security called to offer support to Muslim communities......just in case THEY suffered backlash or threats. (more on FR).

This is a favor to 90% of Muslims who came here in part to get away from the worst of Islam...

Seven states? ...and they are..?

... haters, every one of them. Intollerant, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, bigoted haters.
And they're probably all full of white people, too........

What I’d like to know is where are all the folks, like the ACLU, who are constantly promoting separation of church and state? Why would it be Constitutional for any government to adopt Sharia? Would that not be a blatant violation of the separation of church and state?

Why is the subject of sharia law brought up in the first place?

Don’t we already have a civil law?

Does anyone really believe that muzzies came to America to leave the oppressive live under Islam?

Aren’t they here and in Europe in order to establish the very cult that they claim to have fled? Just look at the many mosques that have been and are being erected everywhere in this country.

Have we seen any conversions away from Islam upon arrival in this country or in Europe now that they have the freedom to do so?

Do we hear condemnation from American and European Muslims of the atrocities committed by fellow Muslims in Muslim countries?

Hell, did we hear condemnations from American Muslims at what happened on 9/11/2001?

I found this on another site:

“States like Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Tennessee have all passed similar legislation.”

Lotsa talk lately about North Carolina’s “violent swing to the far right”. Electoral shifts, voter ID now required, and now anti-shariah legislation.

Sounds hopeful. For a while here in South Carolina we thought NC stood for `Northern Commieland’. Asheville, Chapel Hill, you get the picture. Charlotte is awfully diverse, too, with a new mega mosque on the way.

But recent protests by aggrieved members of the entitlement community prove that real progress is being made.

That is one aspect. Another principle is all people should have equal treatment under the law. We should not have different laws applied to people based on their racial or ethnic group.

Thanks. You’re lucky. I wish my state - Pennsylvania - was on the list.

It only passed the house in Michigan but its certainly come up. Its only one of the many reasons the left and progressive republicans have been screaming for RNC committeeman Dave Agema to resign.

(pdf file from 2011 )HOUSE BILL No. 4769
