How is it unconstitutional? The constitution says nothing about requirements for marriage. That is left to the States. I would like this judge to tell me where all this is spelled out in the Constitution. I don’t see it.

That’s the point. In state after state after state, marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman. The leftwingers get around this by saying it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and it makes no difference if the people have voted it into law. One radical judge trumps all people, and the outlaw US Supreme Court lets them get by with it.
