Do you think the GOP will take the Senate and House then give endless excuses why they can't repeal obamacare? It sounds like excuse-making, but until you get an executive signature on the legislation, it's not going to happen.

They won't do that, though, because they support it.

but until you get an executive signature on the legislation However, having the Senate and actually PASSING legislation through both chambers puts a tremendous amount of pressure on Obama to sign, especially if the public backs the legislation.
No more Reid to block legislation from coming to Obama's desk. It will make a large difference.
