There have been a series of articles on how Liberalism is destroying traditional debate. Students win for challenging the premise of the debate, or going off on wild tangents about war or racism. So, sadly, this nonsense does not surprise me. In the past, kids had to be relatively smart and relatively well-grounded in logic to win debate at a competition level. Now you get these fools jibbering like idiots. The real fault is with the debate judges who buy into this nonsense.
I did look parts of the video. The delivery is so absolutely incomprehensible, except for the often used word N#$%er that I have know idea what the subject was. I can't believe they could show that on TV.
This was not a debate. The people involved should be embarrassed and ashamed to be part of such a mockery of real debate. I looked Towson up, and it is an actual university. But how can anyone and I mean anyone think that a diploma from Towson has meaning after watching this video of two Towson girls spouting racist words and nonsense.
