If brown trout can live in that pond, they’re not polluting anything. How it could possibly be affecting any navigable waterway, I have no idea.

It’s no longer navigable water, the new term is waters of the state.

They have no idea either, they sit around and probably figure out ways to screw the population over anyway with things they have no clue about...

FNC showed an interview with him and his wife Monday. He said that bald eagles came to the pond, it had brown trout, and the camera showed other birds. He said the EPA was referring to a river about 100 miles away that they claimed he was ‘messing up’ (my words). ...The pond looked great.
