That was one of the things I used to get pissed enough to act on in high school i.e. kids walking down the hall towards me four, five, six abreast and expecting me to flatten out against the wall or something. I remember providing several of them with much ruder awakenings than any sort of a pedestrian traffic ticket for the practice.

Seriously.... trying to enter Walmart yesterday...

A family of 5 (at LEAST 1500 pounds between them) stood blocking the door between the basket area and the store proper, just laughing and cutting up.

A put up with this for several minutes, then loudly announced “Hey! you two-ton lard asses wanna get the fvck out of everyone’s way?” BTW, if you want to do something productive with your life while standing around, there is a good Gym next door!”

Cheers and applause from the other similarly blocked patrons was enough to shame the lard-asses into leaving.

They’re trying to initiate a reaction, daring people to say something about their rude behavior, so that they have an excuse (”trigger”) to attack.

The same law should apply to aggressive bicyclists wearing speedos but not to kids.

Good, it’s quite annoying how some folks hog the entire sidewalk, strolling along at a snail’s pace, when you are trying to get somewhere.
