I’ll pick all the Asparagus I can find! Wonderful raw in salads, or for snacking. Abdo-Lutely great stir fried! My Welsh Mom used to cook it until it was gray, and then put cheese sauce on it! I hated it! Of course the Welsh cook everything until it’s gray/ Meat? Veggies? Didn’t make any difference! It had to be gray!
I’d rather plant and harvest it myself. It’s hard to grow, and it’s very expensive.
