I’ve been a big Pat Sajak fan for 25+ years. My wife is a WoF winner, Pat and the Wheel gave us a marvelous vacation trip that was far beyond our place in life at that time.
He also used to do a short-lived Sunday night talk show on FNC. It was far too intelligent and slow-moving (i.e. non-ADD) for television, so I loved it. Pat’s conservatism was evident, though throwing that in your face was not the point of the show.
I don’t think they’ll be able to affect Pat much over this. He isn’t going anywhere, he’s like Bob Barker was on The Price is Right.
