Did you mean to use the word "coward"? If so, I don't think it makes any sense. I'm trying to figure out what you were trying to say.

cow: transitive verb:

...to destroy the resolve or courage of; also to bring to a state or an action by intimidation--used with "into," like too many Asian armies, adept at cowing a population into feeding them — Edward Lansdale;

Or as in "cowing a pussy, or a U.S. Senator, into fleeing for cover"...though I repeat myself.
