My backyard.

Garlic is not hard to grow and doesn't take up tons of garden space.

I've been growing it for a few years now and always have enough to get me through the year.

"Meanwhile... where does your garlic come from?"

Exactly.

80% of the garlic consumed in the US comes from China although The Garlic Capital Of The World is in Gilroy, California.

Additionally, most of the (made from 100% fruit juice) juice contains about 80% apple juice that also comes from China....yup, apple juice is what's in most of the juices.

I’m a few bare miles from “The Garlic Capitol of the World” - Gilroy, CA. 90% of the garlic in the local stores is from China.

No kidding. I’ve noticed ‘canned goods’ showing up on shelves stating “Made in China”. Fruits, vegetables, mushrooms...appalling the FDA permits this.
