It is obvious that whoever was being quoted here is not medically trained. It is impossible to get hepatitis from having one's blood drawn. The needles and tubes are sterile and cannot cause any disease.
If the person who said that was the one drawing blood, then another charge against PP should be that it had untrained personnel performing medical procedures.
You are assuming that Planned Parenthood would use safe medical procedures. There are two problems with this statement: (1) These are folks who do abortions.
