Here’s an idea!

Deactivate all of the VA hospitals and give veterans the equivalent of an EBT card so they can see competent doctors and be treated in competent hospitals.

The VA was started long before credit cards were invented. The world moves on. Ask the question: “Why is there a parallel hospital system for Veterans?”
