If you look at the map that Fox News is displaying of States with VA hospitals with long delays, with the exception of Illinois,they are all Republican-leaning States.

They are a FEDERAL body and answer only to the pResident's Administration.

Of course they are Republican states. Recently the president said he would like to move some democrat voters to red states to dilute the vote. Failing moving people to red states, the same effect can be had by killing Republican voters in them. VA, Obama Care, take your pick.
