His plan called for the government to buy the medication in bulk and resell it to seniors at lower prices. Remember when Clinton bought up all the flu vaccine, it was warehoused and never distributed.

Obama unveiled a sweeping health-care plan that modeled aspects of the Veterans Administration’s medical system.Obama did not notice but most GOOD IDEAS are already thought of, along with a lot of corrupt and bad ideas (like "single payer" which means taxpayers.)
