Biden wants to be President, yet if Hillary runs she’ll get the nomination. Unless, of course, Biden is already acting as President at the time - say if Obama were to be impeached?
I have never bought in to Biden being stupid, most of his gaffes and misstatements seem too perfect. Makes you wonder where some of these leaks come from, right?
