Russian sniper promised payment for killing Ukrainians
Security_Service_of_UkraineAt the Kharkiv passenger railway station, a citizen of the Russian Federation was detained, May 21, while attempting to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border, reports the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), May 24.
Further investigation revealed that the 39-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation is a sniper and had been involved in military operations in the Chechen Republic.
During questioning by SBU investigators, the suspect said that he was going to the eastern regions of Ukraine to participate in illegal armed group on the instructions of the Russian special services and, before leaving for Ukraine, he had been given detailed instructions in Rostov-on-Don.
For his “work” he was promised payment: US$100 for killing an ordinary soldier, US $1,000 for killing an officer and another EUR 2,000 upon return.
The Russian is currently in custody. The investigation in ongoing.

If this is true, this is MUCH smaller than the bounty’s Billionaire Oligarch and Right_Sector backer/financier Igor Kolomoisky, appointed Governor of Dnipropetrovsk by the coup government, is paying.
He is paying $1,500USD per head, dead-or-alive, for Ukrainian Separatists. Also $10,000 a head for “Russian Scum”.
He is also paying $1,000 for a rifle captured, $1,500 for a machine gun, and $2,000 for a grenade-launcher.
In addition, he is offering to pay $200,000USD for the recapture of large public buildings from the rebels.

Reportedly he has already paid out $200,000+ to members of the Right Sector-led Donbas Battalion, the same ones that the GHrlivka rebel group put out of action a couple of nights ago.
