Mark Kelley's opinion on whether the shooter would have made a good astronaut might be valuable.
I'm not even sure about that anymore. Most of the space station riders of today bear little resemblance to the rocket jocks of the past.

Most of the space station riders of today bear little resemblance to the rocket jocks of the past. Ask Astronaut Senator (Rat,Fla.) Bill Nelson. He was AWOL when zip shut down the the shuttle program, and whoops, AWOL again on the Florida VA accusations.
