So the globalists are preventing Putin’s plans to be a globalist?
No....Ukraine is the wedge being used by US to curtail the relationship Putin has with the European Countries....and for that matter any others which might garner Putin any degree of power/influence outside Russia. Simply is the name of the game.
Putin wants Ukraine to remain neutral.....rather like Canada is on our Northern Border. The US wants the nations surrounding Black Sea and the Caspian to be under EU influence.
