Yes. I’m married.
But current income limits my contributions.
I’m the kind of guy that goes to the gun show strictly to donate to veterans groups and 2nd amendment fighters.

It’s unfortunate that I will have to tell Dudley’s people that I cancelled, and why I did so.

But, HE did that. He made his choice.
He’ll have to live with it.

Speaking of Ruger, I love my Ruger Mark I 22LR, made in 1953...same year I graduated from high school. Found it at a gun show 3 years ago. It is one fine pistol.

For BBQ, tomorrow morning I will start a really nice piece of rumb slow cooking on the grill. Slow cooking is something we normally do in the oven, so this is also an experiment. Hope to have it on the grill for 5 - 8 hours, and have it come out rare...yes, rare. Will have a meat thermometer in the roast just to check where we are with it as we go. It will be smoked with hickory nuts (crushed). Might bake some potatoes on the grill too.

The rump roast has been seasoning for a couple days...should be a real treat when done. And btw, slow roasting a piece like this makes it tender, even though cooked rare. Melt in your mouth tender...

Thanks for posting that. I like the sight...what is it? Did you make the mounting bracket?
