So the employees who got good reviews got them "unfairly", and now everybody will get high reviews whether they deserve them or not. So why bother with reviews, and why go out of your way to do a good job?

This is how the education industry functions already; now the workplace will as well (many already do).

Can’t wait till they do this in basketball. I remember Wally Osterkorn of the Syracuse Nationals, who played when I was young. Wally was the Nationals “hatch man”, every team had at least one. Maybe he can get into the Basketball Hall of Fame now.
Can not believe I remembered his name.
