The author parlays observations that any person can make with their own two eyes into a splendid epistle that describes where we are today.

Very well done. Thanks for posting it!

Yep, good piece. Obama and the Rat commies care only about the big cities. Rural America can either move there and submit to the collective or shut up, for all they care.

“Obviously, the nature of the Senate means that California has the same number of Senate seats as Wyoming. That puts us at a disadvantage,” Mr. Obama said.

That was the idea.

And, it’s time to return to state legislature election of the Senators, too.

It’s no secret that Zero and 0bamunists are working diligently to destroy America. That is old news. This is just another twist of the knife...

You would think that “Constitutional Scholar” would know why there are only two Senators per State.

Yes, it was a good column, except the first sentence about “birthers” could have easily been left out.

There are very legitimate concerns about “Obama’s” past and his possible ineligibility to even run for the office of President. I know, I know—it’s too late now.

New England is by far over represented in the Senate. Tiny Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts send six Bolshevik Senators between them. They are losing population to the southern states so why does NE get so much influence?

It’s not the Progressives in office who are the problem,
it’s the people who continue to elect them and who believe the collectivist propaganda that we live in a “democracy”.

Say hello to the “dictatorship of the proletariat” comrades and say hello to government officials who swear to uphold the Constitution yet who continue to undermine it.

One day they’ll have the audacity to say that the Constitution is unconstitutional.

IMHO

The Constitution makes it clear that Senators represent the states equally - two per state.

Or at least that is the way it started out.

But we can't expect an Affirmative Action constitutional scholar to understand historical details like that.

Obama whines to wealthy supporters in gangland Chicago: “Obviously, the nature of the Senate means that California has the same number of Senate seats as Wyoming. That puts us Democrats at a disadvantage,” Mr. Obama said.

THE AUTHOR EXPLAINS: Of course, Wyoming has the same Senate representation as California specifically to prevent individuals like Barack Obama, and his constituency of urban parasites, from imposing their will on the less populous states. This "Great Compromise" of 1787 was a condition of these states' willingness to join the United States in the first place. This is also why each state gets no fewer than three electoral votes, regardless of population. Hillary Clinton dislikes this arrangement, because it gives her constituency less leverage in presidential elections.

===================================================================

REALITY CHECK Obama, the man who campaigned on his alleged Constitutional expertise, still does not "get it".... the constitutional mechanism of the bicameral Congress, and three separate branches of government, is there to impede reckless agendas, such as his. The Founders (who lived under tyranny) constructed our govt to smack down tyranny whenever it raised its ugly head. The Founders' attention to this detail actually works.

We need these protections now, more than ever. To contemplate changes to consolidate the power of an individual or a party, is very, very foolish.
