I don’t think it’s intentional. I just think the younger generations aren’t good at math.
I don’t mean literal short change, I mean business adding surcharges to accounts, not providing after the sale customer satisfaction (i.e. carpet installed wrong). Google sticking it to long time customers on ad exposure. Credit cards refusing to dispute charges when there is amply evidence of fraud.
I’ve got more bitching to do than ever before and I have less money to spend now in the first place!
