I would have thought “Univeral Allah” would be considered a blasphemous name by muslims.
The Muslims are like American liberals. It depends on WHO says or uses (in this case) the name of Allah.
Muslims and Liberals(socialists/fascists/democrats/etc) design laws to protect the guilty and punish the innocent.
