Every time I look at this photo I cannot help but believe that the people in the shot were PhotoShopped... It really looks like the vast majority are under different lighting and the edging looks cut.

Yup...edges of people’s forms are too crisp in places. There is no continuity to the lighting or the relative sizes of figures.
The facsimile of “O” is most obvious. He is not in proportion to the other people in the frame. He looks too small and like he was cut out and pasted there from elsewhere.
