Just watched the whole thing (almost).

Watch it on PBS you tube today, it’ll be gone soon, just like the boo s at Hillary’s appearance at the Firemens’ gathering on 911 MSG, and any ANY audio of that Kennedy girl - Caroline- our Ambassador to Japan

It is a lecture of how, until Obama came along, all our military was doing was killing people.

Not a hint of recognition to the Constitution,

And ramblings about Global Warming and having to comply with the World’s demands about it in order to gain respect
- to fact finding graduates of one of the World’s finest engineering programs.

There were no shots of the audience to speak of and the few smatterings of applause during the 45 minute scolding were so embarrassing that FOX News cut the sound.

PBS cut the end off pretty quick while the lack of enthusiasm of the applause was embarrassing, don’t know about cause and effect.

The Cadets did stand when Obama talked about a medal recipient a recent graduate’s sister is now a cadet. She got a much more enthusiastic response than ANY thing BO received from this fine group.

Perhaps that’s what they mean.

Otherwise, I suspect they’re overstating it.

But military officers respond to the wishes of the country, and they have to pay Obama respect in public.

It is we who have to elect good leaders for them.

That’s our job.

This is why he twice called Marines “corpsemen”. It was intentional. He was dissing them two ways. (1) Insulting them by not pronouncing what they are correctly, & (2) calling them men who make corpses.

Obama has a very deep hateful streak. It comes out very often, & the military is one of his regular targets.

(PS: this was an insult similar to all the middle-fingers he has ‘subtly’ given ppl. If accused, he can deny. It’s part of his immature, passive-aggressive, deep-seated nastiness. Never underestimate how deep the mean streak runs in him.)

I went to the PBS video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DIr2KieO3I) and they already scrubbed the introduction and the video begins with the big zero expressing thanks—post ‘applause’—for his introduction.

I saw the first ten minutes or so on CNN. They did not mute the applause, it just sounded like it.

They also only showed the audience once, about half of them clapping listlessly while the president led applause with his bizarre rhythmic clapping--about something, I forget what. It was an embarrassing moment. And the cadets clearly couldn't have cared less about keeping time with the contemptible poser.

Seems to me the 75% who didn't respond means a large percentage of our Military Cadets are better informed than those who still blindly support Obama.

You are correct his speech was an embarrassment...that is not how you speak to our Military Cadets.... But then Obama has no regard nor respect for our Military as we have witnessed many times.
