Next week, the Obama administration is planning to unveil a climate action plan that it intends to implement without legislative approval. It’s a creative approach to governing, not unlike other executive actions President Obama has taken to bypass Congress.

When lawmakers refused to pass cap-and-trade legislation, Obama announced there was more than one way to skin the cat. Through climate plans, executive orders and regulatory action, he directed his agencies to find ways to curb the country’s carbon dioxide output and commit to reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.

Impeachment would focus his attention on something other than golf and dismantling America.

The Heritage Foundation is a bunch of left-wing Republicans, for the small sum of $25,000.00 they wrote a paper supporting Romney Care, then after it was passed and before the election with Romney running for POTUS they withdrew the paper.

Second, where is their extensive research paper dealing with the Obama birth cert, right no where to be found. This group is nothing more then a front group for the republican leadership..

Nov 2014 MUST replace the US House Reps with new blood that have the cajones for the fight - this clown MUST be impeached. The Executive branch does not have this authority they are exercising and everytime they issue one of these EOs without pushback from Boner and the boys just emboldens him even more. Executive Orders are to be used for directing activities INSIDE the Administration. The President has NO authority to issue new LAWS or new REGS that have no basis in law.
