while this kid is definitely a creep, the girl is guilty of creating child porn and equality demands she be charged. Ignorance is not a defense but I guess having a vagina is. There was a case in PA involving a boy and girls exchanging pics and the boy then sending them to others, and the girls involved WERE charged and convicted, as I recall.
