Only Obama would hold a whitehouse event to highlight the risks of being beaten in the head, either repeatedly or in one massive blow, which could cause lifelong brain injury.
I think the science on that is pretty settled as they say. After all, hasn't he ever heard of "punch drunk"?

It makes the VA abuse scandal even worse...vets will see him catering to over-paid sports players while our military vets are treated poorly.
