I disagree with this for a couple of reasons. First getting the courts to overturn anti-gun legislation is so rare as to be almost unique (Heller)
Secondly, they lose nothing by a court decision that is unfavorable to them. They immediately re-introduce the same flawed law again. It goes with the relentless part. Part of the problem with fighting anti-gunners is that when they lose, they don't really lose anything. But when we lose we actually lose something. If every gun control law were repealed this afternoon they would be in exactly the same position they are now.
Did not the Supremes in its history, besides Heller strike some gun control laws down? Check back with me when you find anything. Thank-you.
Plus I have noticed more gun rights sucess stories on the state levels in a number of states.
