You don’ get it. These clinics can’t get, and for some strange reason don’t want hospital admitting privileges. This is a big deal PLEASE PLEASE PLEAS don’t under mind it. This is a way to shut most of them down.

I get it completely. This “strategy” of passing bills that in effect end with “and then you can go ahead and kill the baby” has never worked, and it won’t work now.
Just ban it.
Come into compliance with the explicit, imperative requirement of our constitutions that ALL persons be equally protected in their supreme God-given, unalienable rights.
It’s not optional.
“No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.”
“No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
We’ll never save this country until people stop pretending that it is.
Most states banned abortion prior to 1973. The few that did allow it, had strict regulations. The best step is to now regulate it back out of existence, and this is a brilliant tactic. Of course, EV wants to ridiculously use a hail-mary tactic that has no chance of passing and will do nothing to save babies lives in the short-term.
