Thank you. I read and re-read the Breitbart items but found NO reference to its being Norfolk VA. I don’t know another Norfolk, maybe the one in VA is it for the whole USA, but more often than not these stories leave out the locale, as if we’re supposed to divine where they’re talking about. Is putting the 2-digit state abbreviation that difficult for writers?
End of rant.

I do not either, but when they do not list a state, I think one is to assume that it is the most notable, as in Chicago, New York, or LA.
By the way, I did a quick search on “Norfolk”, expecting to see some small berg with the same name, but I see nothing but VA.
This is in Norfolk, Virginia. . .
but there is also a Norfolk in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nebraska, and New York.
Leaving out the state bugs me too. Breitbart does link to the story on a Norfolk, Virginia, TV station. But there are Norfolks in Massachusetts, New York and Nebraska where this might have happened.
