One thing that scripture says that I find a little unnerving, is that homosexuals are given over to depravity. This seems to be the case here.
Many times, gays deeply resent their parents. The “born gay” narrative prevents them from blaming their parents, something they desperately want to do to hurt them.
My guess is that he became gay because he hated his parents. When it didn’t work as he expected, he had to hit harder.
