um... medicaid i.e us taxpayers paid 12 million for this guys care.ok, but if he has 12 million to pay it off, how many other people are spending millions of taxpayer dollars when they have their own resources? if he can afford to pay it back, (his estate) then shouldn’t he?

If he was approved to be on Medicaid, then he didn’t have it in the first place.................
If someone has that kind of resources, they sure as heck ain’t gonna be going to some state institution for car....................

Calculate it out. The charges come out to $3,197 per day. There is nowhere in this country that receives medicaid reimbursements this high. Hospitals are lucky to collect a couple of hundred dollars and well below the actual costs.
This is a punitive attack on the Plaintiffs.
