Debbie Wasserman Shultz just says ‘no’ to pro-marijuana push

The usually progressive Rep. Debbie Wasserman Shultz continues to confound fellow liberals by voting against medical marijuana and other pro-weed legislation.

Mrs. Wasserman Shultz, who serves at the chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, three times broke with most of her fellow House Democrats early Friday to vote “no” on blocking feds from interfering with medical marijuana and hemp research in states where it’s legal.

Mrs. Wasserman Shultz’s office said the votes were cast in defense of executive power.

“The congresswoman believes that it is not appropriate to limit the ability of the Executive Branch to enforce federal law at their discretion,” said Sean Bartlett, communications director for Mrs. Wasserman Shultz, Florida Democrat.

She was among just 17 Democrats to oppose a measure that would halt federal raids or prosecution of growers, distributors or users of medical marijuana in states that have legalized the drug’s use with a doctor’s prescription.

WOD is idiotic and has way too many “Principle” and “Vested” interests, that aren’t so much concerned with public health and safety as they about growth of their industries, unions and guilds.

Prison, drug testing, psychiatric, et all companies and individuals have limited prospects for growth, billing items and billable hours if WOD down to the individual isn’t constantly expanding.

Eventually, to secure more monies and create new opportunities to take niche industries and grow them into powerful firms they delude themselves in their righteous cause, for the public good.

Same with attorneys on both sides of the issue. DA’s need to grow their tote board of successes and the more prosecutions? ?? Well, eventually even a Kamilla Harris or Eric Holder can get an awesome gubmint job with incredible perks and then become an important figure at some company with even better perks.

Public Defenders - the Phone Company and Post Office are always hiring but, these idiots had to go and get a pedigree.

Now, they’re over qualified to carry a letter but, as. C, C+ student they feel compelled to serve the public somehow.

The prospects for their employment are only enhanced by the ambitions of the students who were straight A.

cops at city, state, county, fed and again et all, are maggots preying on those they can victimize.

Not all of them are outright bad guys but, I am no longer buying the Nazi excuse “it’s my job”.

Use yer frickin head bozos. Not everyone who pops a pill or tokes a couple breaths is an abuser.

most have real lives and are productive, doing their best to move the family forward. Some ain’t so hot but, I don’t judge those lacking confidence or capabilility.

Military Industrial complex. These ass hats will sell anything to anyone and don’t mind using sales pitches that lead LE Agencies to believe they can use the latest Kewel”Tool” to serve the public good.

A product like “Stingray” is used to record all kinds of information on a cell phone tower and supposedly is directed at “Only” people of interest who may one day achieve the actual Constitutional status of Suspect with something called “Probable Cause” attaching.

nurses and guard units. Always threatening and looking to grow their numbers to make themselves more powerful and demanding evermore money for all the do.

TSA wait til them maggots get unionized....

Oh and then there is your one career path of going up the ladder and becoming a boss.

all the bosses need people to boss and the more they can boss the more they get paid or the more attractive the next position up from them looks.

As bosses they are expected to represent the needs of their employees.

That means going to union meetings and demanding more stuff fro. The reps.

the reps for their part do what they can, always aware that the more unionistas they represent the more they and everyone else gets paid and hell, the larger your army the larger your battles and even better spoils of war.

Debbie is a bot and requires someone counting cadence so she’ll remember to breathe.

She represents a district in a state that has mythical proportions of drug smuggling. Profit motive?

How many of those 170 get contributions from the pharmaceutical companies? Remember this is a bill about medical marijuana. The last thing big pharm wants is to legalize an herb people can grow for free that could replace dozens of their patent medicines.
