What a wonderful question, and a good angle of attack. Since “lifestyle” operations, like reducing foot pain, are often not covered, why is not a man’s penis extension (or enhancement) covered?
The article makes it sound like there are millions and millions of service members who are sex reassignment candidates.
I would like to see the actual numbers to see how big the tail is that is wagging this dog...
