A petition on the White House website asking President Obama to demand the release of a Marine sergeant in a Mexico prison has garnered more than 100,000 online signatures -- a threshold that typically elicits an administration response.

“The effect of this unjust incarceration on a decorated combat Marine is despairing,” says the petition, which as of Saturday afternoon had 116,051 signatures.

Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi was arrested March 31 after crossing the Mexican border with three guns in his truck.

Tahmooressi said he accidentally crossed the border and immediately told Mexican authorities that he had three guns in his possession and that he was unable to make a U-turn.

He said he was handcuffed and taken to prison and that his treatment worsened when he tried to escape.

I’d raise it to 15,000,000 illegals... seems like a fair trade to me.

why stop at 5?

if our president had nuts, he’d start sending the jailed ones back, fly um in to Mexico city and drop um off by the C130 load... till they get the hint and release him.. then, start the flights again.

The left honors traitors against the country but for Tahmooressi guns were involved which makes him an enemy to the liberals.... Obama the most far leftist wack nut job president this country has ever installed.

Obama releases thousand of illegal felons without an exchange? Better release Taliban leaders for a Taliban sympathizer to change the subject.

Between golf, muzzle rose garden celebrations, and lying to Poland it was just too tough to get Sgt T freed. He’ll have to wait until an open window for immigration deal is opened. Likely about Oct 25th or so?

Do you think the most complex NSA code breaking software program might be named LieCzar or ‘lizzy’ , which it’s sole task is managing Obummer regime’s lies and spits out the best course of action or words based on 5 plus yrs of compounded lies...yeah I think so.
