Obama and the government can do anything they want, and the Republicans in D.C. will never demand removing him from office as they might look bad because Obama is the first black president.
On and on and on....
I happen to think that everything that Obama is doing is intended to taunt Republicans into attempting to impeach him. I think that is a huge power play.
The idea is that Obama is immune to impeachment and once the impeachment charges are not sustained by the Senate Obama will claim a mandate and make all his illegal actions quasi legal.
No any impeachment charges must wait until after November. After November, impeachment can and should proceed.
