The Judge needs to be fully disciplined for his unprofessional behavior and verbal threats of violence. Who was the ‘audience’ clapping for? Where was The Baliff? (in the judge’s pocket, maybe?)
The attorney was obstreperous, disrespectful, unreliable.He’d evidently had a prior history with that judge. I suspect that the defender was more concerned about his own convenience than he was for the rights of his client.
At the end of the tape another defendant comes forward and remarks “Your Honor, I just want to say that I’ve been calling that man twice a week for the last 2 weeks...”
He was pointing at the door this attorney had exited.
While the judge was out of line losing temper, he had regained his equanimity by the time he addressed the defendant and the one that followed. Words don’t register with certain people.
