Jay Carney is already doing that. “We’ve been fighting this war for over a decade.” Implying this needed to get done so we can get out of Bush’s endless war.
Bush appointed Condoleeza Rice who as a female minority was popular with some liberals so the Obama administration had to utilize Susan Rice to show that they had a minority female involved in national security issues. Since they had no actual faith in Susan Rice Obama had to think for himself and this got him in trouble. Thus is is Bush’s fault for having a high ranking female minority in national security.
