It is a very much more serious crime than a felony committed under domestic criminal law.

The more I think about it the more I’m of the opinion that this exchange of Bergdahl for five heinous Gitmo prisoners springs from the same minds that thought they could engineer an October electoral surprise by getting Amb. Stevens ‘captured’ and then exchanged for the Blind Sheik.
Let’s take a moment to humor the stories we are fed.
Let’s say AQ is really independent of the US, it really is comprise of bloodthirsty killer types, that hate the US.
Now, imagine you are one of those evil AQ leaders. You’re a leader of the crazed killers.
What would you do if 5 of your guys who have been held at Gitmo get release by the US and come back to rejoin your group ?
You’s suspect immediately that they had been recruited as double agents. You know you could never trust them again.
You’d welcome them back, so they wouldn’t get away. You’d be very calming to them so as to not scare them away. Until you got ready to off them all. Then you’d have them all murdered, problem solved.
This won’t happen.
In reality, AQ is working for new world order financial elites. So are the upper echelons of the US gov’t.
The war of US vs the middle east “radicals” provides a reason for the US military to be in the middle east.
We must remember that financial elites think of war the way ordinary people think of football, it’s a sport.
