Yes but from what i remember from Sunday School such an onus on unworthy leaders generally meant the arrival of heavily armed and very unpleasant foreigners such as the Assyrians and Babylonians . I have heard it posited that the only way the United States won't become just one of the larger units of the NWO is through some sort of near catastrophe from a coalition of foreign states working with a lot of treacherous or just plane depraved Americans trying to bring the nation down so it can be really enslaved.
