This cannot stand. Yes it will. He's the first black president, so who's going to stand up against him and his continued lawlessness? No one. This is only the beginning, before the POS is out of office there will be no terrorists in Guantanamo. Book it.

There's another reason it just might be allowed to stand. The 'pubs in DC will see it as a campaign issue instead of as an issue that needs resolution now.
