Well, SOMEBODY involved with the chain of command demonstrates psychopathic, or at least sociopathic, behavior.
The upper ranks and some of the middle ranks have been under a singular degree of culling, taking out all the more rational and seasoned officers, and substituting “politically reliable” favored officers.
The Current Regime is very quickly getting the army they want. It may not favor the fortunes of the territory once known as “the United States of America”, though.
