“The article says that quite a few of the D-Day Veterans have issues with Obama, and do not want to meet with him...”

That’s because they are STILL serving with Honor and Distinction.

Well why would they?

Obama is everything they fought against 70 years ago.

They don’t take too kindly to traitors, especially those that bar them from a WW2 memorial.

” he landed in Normandy as a soldier assigned to the 84th Graves Registration Unit. “I spent the next few years going from France to Germany helping to bury people,” “

A near and very dear friend was assigned to Graves Registration while in Korea. I can not imagine a worse job.
Even a PLO as Will Stockdale was would be preferable.

Obama had to be in Normandy today.

Reminds me of a song.

“You’re where you should be all the time

“And when you’re not you’re with

“Some underworld spy or the wife of a close friend....

THIS! “It’s not that we don’t want to respect the commander-in-chief,” one told me sadly. “It’s just that he makes it so hard to do so.”

Maybe he thinks that Obama is going to address him as “corpse man”.

An historic video showing an old French man standing on the side of a street was in tears as he watched the German military move through the streets of Paris after France was lost to the Nazis in WW2. As long as the fraud obozo remains in the WH and I'm sure I'm not alone, but I can certainly relate to how that old man felt.

Personally I wish that our D-Day vets WOULD show some disrespect to the RAT bastard 0dumb0! Maybe just turn their backs on him. They survived the Nazis, they will survive a punk narcissistic petulant 0dumb0. The vets have more courage & integrity in their right little toenail than 0dumb0 & his entire traitorous administration have.

Now will Obama or his functionaries be so stupid and petty as to give these Veterans problems with the IRS,VA, TSA or whoever?

His quote is certainly one to remember.

‘It’s not that we don’t want to respect the commander-in-chief,” one told me sadly. “It’s just that he makes it so hard to do so.” A very wise man.

He obviously didn’t bring enough for everybody...
